Talut and Goliath
Published in October 26, 2017
Question: … Dear Sir, … Could you please explain to me the link between this verse and the context of verses before it: "These are God's verses, which We recite to you in Truth. You are one of the messengers." (2:252) … Thank you …
Answer:
Before 2:252, the context of verses tackles a story from the history of the Israelites after the death of Moses: the story of Talut, a king of the Israelites and the enemy Goliath and how David in the army of Talut managed to kill Goliath
God says in the Quran: "Have you not considered the notables of the Israelites after Moses? When they said to a prophet of theirs, "Appoint a king for us, and we will fight in the cause of God." He said, "Is it possible that, if fighting was ordained for you, you would not fight?" They said, "Why would we not fight in the cause of God, when we were driven out of our homes, along with our children?" But when fighting was ordained for them, they turned away, except for a few of them. But God is aware of the unjust ones. Their prophet said to them, "God has appointed Talut to be your king." They said, "How can he have authority over us, when we are more worthy of authority than he, and he was not given plenty of wealth?" He said, "God has chosen him over you, and has increased him in knowledge and stature." God bestows His sovereignty upon whomever He wills. God is Embracing and Knowing. And their prophet said to them, "The proof of his kingship is that the Ark will be restored to you, bringing tranquility from your Lord, and relics left by the family of Moses and the family of Aaron. It will be carried by the angels. In that is a sign for you, if you are believers."When Talut set out with the troops, he said, "God will be testing you with a river. Whoever drinks from it does not belong with me. But whoever does not drink from it, does belong with me, except for whoever scoops up a little with his hand." But they drank from it, except for a few of them. Then, when he crossed it, he and those who believed with him, they said, "We have no strength to face Goliath and his troops today." But those who knew that they would meet God said, "How many a small group has defeated a large group by God's will. God is with the patient ones." And when they confronted Goliath and his troops, they said, "Our Lord, pour down patience on us, and strengthen our foothold, and support us against the faithless people."And they defeated them by God's leave, and David killed Goliath, and God gave him sovereignty and wisdom, and taught him as He willed. Were it not for God restraining the people, some by means of others, the earth would have gone to ruin. But God is gracious towards the worlds." (2:246-251).
After narrating this story, God asserts the fact that the Quran is the Truth from Him: "These are God's verses, which We recite to you in Truth. You are one of the messengers." (2:252). This means that God tells us true history in the Quran; the distorted Biblical stories of the Old Testament are never true. The Quranic stories tell the Truth about the Israelites: "This Quran relates to the Israelites most of what they differ about." (27:76). Thus, it is never illogical that the Muhammad, an Arab prophet of Qorayish tribe, would invent such details of history about the Israelites before and after Moses. The source of these Quranic stories is God Himself, and not Muhammad, as we infer from 2:252.

Alliance and Disowning, Again
Published in October 27, 2017
Question: … Dear Sir, … I cannot understand how you are saying that the Shiite notion of alliance and disowning is derived from the Persian religion contained gods of light/goodness and gods of darkness/evil repeated in the Shiite religion as good deities are Ali and his son and wife, whereas the evil deities are Aisha, Abou Bakr, Omar, Othman, Amr, Al-Zubayr, and Mu'aweiya … Thank you …
Answer:
Indeed, the Shiite notion of alliance and disowning means to ally oneself to deities of 'goodness' (i.e., Ali and his family and descendants) and to hate and disown Sunnite deities of evil whose name you have mentioned. The Shiites thus declare all Sunnites as infidels who hate the household of Ali. In fact, Sunnites and Sufis deify Ali and his household as well as all of the so-called companions, but within a hierarchy in which Ali is not on top of the list as the case with Shiites. All of Shiites, Sunnites, and Sufis in their earthly, man-made, fabricated religions deify Muhammad, and this is why we call them as the Muhammadans; they have fabricated an imaginary deity beside God and called him Muhammad, which has nothing to do with the historical, mortal Prophet Muhammad mentioned in the Quran as the Seal of all Prophets.

Prayers Performed in a Loud Voice
Published in October 27, 2017
Question: … Dear Sir, … After reading your article about remembrance of God (in English on this link: http://www.ahl-alquran.com/English/show_article.php?main_id=17442), I wonder why Sunnites perform their prayers in a loud voice within loudspeakers on top of roofs of mosques … Thank you …
Answer:
Sunnites have their own sharia laws fabricated by their deified imams in their earthly, man-made religion. Sunnites, in fact, insist on violating all Quranic teachings. God says in the Quran: "...And be neither loud in your prayer, nor silent in it, but follow a course in between." (17:110). Thus, God does NOT need you loud voice to hear you: "If you speak aloud-He knows the secret, and the most hidden." (20:7). Sunnites are hypocrites who pray loudly and in public and seek to get others' full attention whenever they perform acts of worship, like hypocrites at the lifetime of Muhammad. The Sunnite Sufis are worse because they have turned supplications, Azan, reading the Quran, and prayers into dancing and singing.

Shiite and the Assumed Intercession
Published in October 27, 2017
Question: … Dear Sir, … Do the Shiites, like Sunnites, assume that the Prophet Muhammad will intercede on their behalf on the Last Day? … Thank you …
Answer:
Yes, of course. Shiites, Sunnites, and Sufis share things in common as Muhammadans: they deify Muhammad and believe in the myth of his so-called intercession. They differ only in other names of 'saints', mediators, and intercessors and their number. As a Quranist thinker, we think that it is blasphemous to say that on the Last Day, when God ordains a sinner to enter into Hell, He might revoke this fate upon being commanded by Muhammad or any saint(s)! It is as if to the Muhammadans, Allah were a 'deity' specializing in torment whereas Muhammad were a 'deity' specializing in salvation! Thus, the Muhammadans worship and deify Muhammad as the deity who may save them from Allah! This is why worshipping at the Yathreb mausoleum dedicated to Muhammad is more important for the Muhammadans than pilgrimage rituals done in Mecca at the Kaaba! The Muhammadans weep, worship, and beseech the Yathreb mausoleum to deliver them from Hell! The Muhammadans are polytheists who teach their children that the fury of the angry 'deity' named Allah is avoided when they worship a merciful deity named Muhammad to get them out of Hell! Shame on them! Thus, they have made Muhammad as the owner of the Last Day as he would impose his will on Allah! May God curse all of the Muhammadans! The disbelieve in the Quran and in God; this is why they are never aware of this verse: "Forgiver of sins, Accepter of repentance, Severe in punishment, Bountiful in bounty. There is no god but He. To Him is the ultimate return." (40:3).

God Bless You
Published in October 28, 2017
Question: … Dear Sir, … I am a woman in my thirties … After many crises and calamities that occurred to me in my life (and after losing loved ones who died), I became an atheist and I used to utter insults and blasphemies against God as I rejected Islam … After a long duration of depression and having been hospitalized, I came across your website, and I have converted to Quranism as the only True Islam; thanks to you, I now realize the fact that the Quran never insults or degrades women … I regret very much now that I have insulted Almighty God when I was an atheist; will God accept my repentance? I am extremely worried and anxious. In your view, how should I atone and expatiate my sin? … Thank you …
Answer:
You are very welcome to our website, our daughter. Rest assured that God is Merciful toward those who sincerely repent and perform good deeds for the rest of their life. Be a good repentant person and you will find peace of mind and great comfort and security. You should concentrate in all acts of worship to attain piety in the fear of the Lord God, while addressing Him and humbling yourself to Him. This will relieve your soul; God says in the Quran: "...but My mercy encompasses all things. I will specify it for those who act righteously and practice regular charity, and those who believe in Our verses." (7:156). God is Near to pious believers: "And when My servants ask you about Me, I Am near; I answer the call of the caller when he calls on Me. So let them answer Me, and have faith in Me, that they may be rightly guided." (2:186). God bless you.

Women and Shura Consultation
Published in October 28, 2017
Question: … Dear Sir, … God says in the Quran: "...And those who...conduct their affairs by mutual consultation..." (42:38). Does this verse include women? … Thank you …
Answer:
Yes, of course. The context of 42:38 is addressing eh Yathreb society of early believers that included men and women in the Yathreb city-state. This means that Islamic Shura/consultation includes all male and female citizens in a given country and even within villages, cities, and families. We refer you to our book on our website about the Islamic Shura consultation as the form of direct democracy.

The Companions, Again!
Published in October 28, 2017
Question: … Dear Sir, … You attack and criticize the companions of the Prophet Muhammad in all your writings; were all of them bad as per written history?! Ware not there some of them who were good?! … Thank you …
Answer:
History never mentions any names of 'good companions'; rather, it only mentions the names of those arrogant ones who sought ill-gotten wealth and superiority on earth by enslaving many nations within corruption, tyranny, looting, massacring, sabotage, and violence of their grave crime against the Quran called the Arab conquests. Thus, any contemporaries of Muhammad who were really pious and never participated in the crime called Arab conquests are never mentioned in history books at all; it is enough for them to enter into Paradise in the Hereafter by the Mercy of their Lord God.

Obsession
Published in October 29, 2017
Question: … Dear Sir, … Apart from obsession as explained by psychiatrists as a state caused by lack of serotonin in the brain, do you think that when I am obsessed by the idea that my ablution is not enough to complete, and I feel like repeating it many times, is part of devilish whispers? … Thank you …
Answer:
We know little of psychology and psychiatry; we write here as a Muslim Quranist thinker: devilish whispers into the soul of a human beings are removed when one remembers the Lord God in piety and in fear of Him within all acts of worship (e.g., reading the Quran, praying, etc.). Please do not heed any obsessions you have regarding ablution and so on; this was the pretext used in Sunnite fiqh books to distract people away from prayers and from attaining piety. For more information about this, we refer you to our book about the influence of Sufism on Egypt during the Mameluke Era and how piety within acts of worship was lost.

A Welcome Novice
Published in October 29, 2017
Question: … Dear Sir, … I'm still a new Quranist; I have converted to Quranism, as the only True Islam, few weeks ago; I thank you for freeing my mind from all falsehoods and myths, taught to me at home and in school about religion, which nearly could drive me crazy during my childhood and adolescence … A Christian friend of mine expressed his wonder about the fact that the Quran praises Jesus, Moses, and Abraham and some other prophets more than Prophet Muhammad; does this means that Prophet Muhammad is not the best among all prophets and messengers of God? … Thank you …
Answer:
We welcome you as a new Quranist; you need to read more within our archive of articles and books to get answers to your questions; remember that God commands us in several Quranic verses not to make distinctions among His messengers and prophets; e.g., "...We make no distinction between any of His messengers...." (2:285). We refer you to our article on this topic, in English, on this link: http://www.ahl-alquran.com/English/show_article.php?main_id=16712

Not Too Loud and Not Too Low
Published in October 29, 2017
Question: … Dear Sir, … God says in the Quran: "...And be neither loud in your prayer, nor silent in it, but follow a course in between." (17:110); how can I decide the best degree of my voice while praying? … Thank you …
Answer:
The required degree is that you can hear yourself while praying; do not pray in a loud voice to make others hear, nor in a too low voice that you murmur and cannot sense what you utter. This Quranic legislative command submits to the Quranic legislative rule/purpose of performing all acts of worship within piety and fear of our Lord God and to adhere to piety all day long in the times between the daily five prayers.

A Question of a Novice
Published in October 30, 2017
Question: … Dear Sir, … I'm still reading your great archive of books and articles in Arabic; but how come that you think that anyone believing in some hadiths or even just one hadith as disbelievers who reject the Quran?! What about "...Whatever the messenger gives you, accept it; and whatever he forbids you, abstain from it..." (59:7)? could you explain this to me via email? … Thank you …
Answer:
Newcomers who desire to know the basics of our school of thought (i.e., Quranism) must at least read first our book titled "The Quran: Sufficient as a Source of Islamic Legislation" (found in English on this link: http://www.ahl-alquran.com/arabic/book_main.php?main_id=92). Please do not pose FAQs before reading our entire archive first so as not to waste our time.

An Unjust Husband
Published in October 30, 2017
Question: … Dear Sir, … My husband is also the son of my maternal aunt, and I have three kids … My problem is that my husband deserted me six years ago; he lives in a separate apartment away from me, but he sends me money regularly and desires to divorce me! We never signed any divorce papers until now; I do not want to be divorced at all; yet, six years ago he verbally pronounced that he divorces me! He said (Thereby, I divorce you!). Sunnites assume that verbal divorce (without signing papers) is valid; am I still married to him despite the separation or not?! … Thank you …
Answer:
There is nothing in Islam called verbal divorce; this is an invention of Sunnite fiqh. You are still his legal wife. Divorces that are legal and valid must be signed by the spouses within the presence of at least two witnesses who sign it as well. Thus, you are a deserted wife and not a divorcée. This unjust husband is wronging you very much; this injustice of his must end soon so that he would not pay a heavy price for it as God will certainly punish him. Both of you must either seek to reconcile (for the sake of the children) or to be legally divorced by signing papers by a marriage/divorce registrar.

Like A Medical Doctor
Published in October 30, 2017
Question: … Dear Sir, … I have enrolled in the sharia faculty at Al-Azhar University; the first year is about to commence, but I feel I should not study such falsehoods of the Sunnite religion since I have converted to Quranism during my secondary stage of education. Shall I enroll in another faculty if possible?! Or should I remain and refute hadiths and notions in the books of the faculty within my heart and to never ascribe them to Islam and to Prophet Muhammad? What do you think? Any advice?!… Thank you …
Answer:
We ourselves have studies such Sunnite books (when we enrolled into the History Department and before and after this period) though we hate them. The more we get knowledgeable in them, the more our hatred toward the Sunnite religion increases. We are like a medical doctor who specializes in hateful ailments and illnesses to fight and combat them. Thus, if you desire to be a preacher of the Quranic Truth, you have to study Sunnite falsehoods to be able to refute them by the Quranic verses. This is your decision; you are the one to take it or to study something else.

About Abraham
Published in October 31, 2017
Question: … Dear Sir, … How come that God took a mortal like Abraham as a friend, as we read in this verse: "...God has chosen Abraham for a friend." (4:125)? What is the meaning of the word ''friend'' here? … Thank you …
Answer:
This is the figurative language indicating that God loves Abraham as he was a monotheist devout believer; God loves the charitable ones, the repentant ones, the devout and devoted ones, and those who have pure souls, and Abraham combined all these qualities and deserved the love of God. The Arabic term ''friend'' in 4:125 is (Khalil) which is derived from the Arabic noun (Khela) which means great love in the sense of close friendship, mentioned in this verse: "O you who believe! Spend from what We have given you, before a Day comes in which there is neither trading, nor friendship (Khela), nor intercession. The disbelievers are the unjust ones." (2:254).

POWs, Again
Published in October 31, 2017
Question: … Dear Sir, … You have mentioned that all captives or POWs must be released as part of charity as far as Quranism is concerned, but what if those POWs would fight against those who released them again and are captured again?! Would they be punished this time or not?! Would they be put to death if they killed many people?! … What do you think? … Thank you …
Answer:
We are not very much informed about the International Law about this matter; yet, we assert that the Quran urges us to release all captured ones or POWs as part of charity and kindness, even if they have killed many people in the battlefield, after making them pledge and vow never to commit the same aggression again; they must have this second chance and forgiveness. We tend to think that if after their release, they commit military aggression again and are captured again, they should be punished as per the crimes they have committed.

Question: … Dear Sir, … My sister died and is survived by her husband/widower and two sons and her mother (i.e., my mother); how her inheritance money is to be distributed among them? … Thank you …
Answer:

Caliph Omar as a Denier of Sunna Hadiths
Published in November 1, 2017
Question: … Dear Sir, … some phrases are ascribed to Omar in authoritative history books (of both Shiites and Sunnites) during his caliphate and during the weeks before and after the death of Prophet Muhammad that give the impression that there was nothing called Sunna and hadiths at the time; could you please talk about this in your great videos or within any article? Could you also refute (using the Quran) the aggressive battles and wars ascribed to Prophet Muhammad in the so-called biography of his, written in the Abbasid Era? … Thank you …
Answer:
We have asserted before that history and religion are two separate entities and they never overlap. Historical events during Muhammad's lifetime and after his death are never part of Islam. The only true history of Muhammad which is part of Islam is found in some Quranic verses. Hence, the so-called biography and hadiths are mere nonsense, lies, and falsehoods fabricated and concocted by and written down by many authors during the Abbasid Era. The only battles of Muhammad are mentioned in the Quran and were for the purpose of self-defense against the military aggression of the Qorayish tribe of Mecca and of some of the People of the Book in Arabia. Thus, there were no battles of aggression or of invasion at all. We have mentioned before that there were imams who denied Sunna and hadiths like Abou Hanifa, and those who invented hadiths like Al-Shafei and Malik. Similarly, some Shiite and Sunnite writers have invented phrases and situations for Omar and others among the so-called companions to support any stances or views. Of course, the pre-Umayyad caliphs were busy in the Arab conquests and had no time to utter or invent phrases or hadiths at all; nothing was even written down during the Umayyad Era of belligerence. We cannot believe in the veracity of the nonsense and balderdash written during the Abbasid Era and ascribed to Muhammad two hundred years after his death. Likewise, Omar and Ali and other caliphs cannot have been so wise or had spare time or piece of mind to utter any 'wise' phrases; any such phrases are authored and written down after their death, in ways that imitate books of philosophy and wisdom of other cultures of the non-Arabs whose countries were conquered by Arabs.

Mere Myths Fill Sunnite Books
Published in November 2, 2017
Question: … Dear Sir, … As a historian and a knowledgeable thinker who denies the so-called hadiths, what do you think of ideas mentioned in Sunnite books about the age-groups and body-sizes of Adam and Noah (among other prophets) and that Prophet Muhammad used to advise others to read the Quran ten times a day and to pray 100 Raqas every night to go to Paradise, etc. … Thank you …
Answer:
Please stop believing in such fairy tales and nonsensical popular stories; such myths are like bed-time stories for children! Such falsehoods were invented in times of collapse, degeneration, and moral bankruptcy, and they were included by orators, narrators, and authors as part of the earthly, man-made Sunnite religion. Sadly, such myths are mentioned and repeated by historians like Al-Tabari, though Muhammad never knew the metaphysical realm of the past (nor the future) and therefore never talked about such aspects at all. Any tackling of such topics outside the Quran is mythology. As for your question about body-sizes, we know from the Quran (see 7:69) that the people of Aad had huge bodies in comparison to the people of Noah. We know from the Quran that Noah' ministry lasted for 950 years and this means he lived for more than 1000 years. Thus, it is ok to infer that age-groups and body-sizes of the past differ from those at the modern times and in the Middle-Ages. Yet, we do not know beyond this; even fossils and archeological discoveries cannot give us further information and sciences are relative. Thus, as far as the metaphysical realm of the past is concerned in Islam, you are only to believe the Quranic verses and nothing else.

Wet Nurses in Paradise!
Published in July 2, 2013
Question: … Dear Sir, … This is indeed a silly and laughter-inducing hadith: a series of narrators said that the Prophet Muhammad, when his son Ibrahim died, said that he is now being breastfed by a wet-nurse in Paradise! … One might wonder about the number of babies and wet-nurses in this Sunnite paradise and if the wet-nurses are human beings or houris! Do these Paradisiacal wet-nurses take their salaries in US$ or SR?! Would Ibrahim feel sad and weep when breastfeeding period would come to an end? Or is it gonna go on for eternity?! What do you think? … Thank you …
Answer:
We think it is a very excellent idea to mock and ridicule such silly Sunnite hadiths within comments on our website so that the Satanist Sunnite religion is refuted and debunked because it represents devilish distracting nonsensical tales.
