Greetings from Cairo! I am excited to tell you that we just wrapped up the launch of the Arabic version of our annual budget report at an event here in Cairo. With the support of our friends at the Heinrich Boell Foundation and our partners at the Cairo Institute for Human Rights Studies, we hosted a great discussion on the implications of President Obama's budget request for Fiscal Year 2011, focusing on appropriations for democracy, governance, and human rights in the Middle East.
