Dear Mr. President,

 Since October 2001, when I came to the US as a political asylee to save my life, and until now, I keep calling seeking America’s help in the war of ideas against the terrorists to defend the US, the West and even the Muslim World. As Quranists we are so well equipped and successful in the field of war of ideas against those fanatic and terrorist Muslims, that the only response they have is to persecute us and call for our annihilation using their fatwas. We are still in this war against them armed with the religion of Islam. It is a must for us to have the American support and the American protection. It is also imperative for America to utilize our 30 years expertise in this, minimum cost war (war of ideas), to save thousands of lives and thousands of billions of dollars.

They usually call for my death. My safety is not my primary concern, rather, the cause and the mission that I have been struggling for, for the past thirty years.  If they succeed in their effort, most of our struggle, achievements, cultural efforts will be gone. We need three years at least to organize all the Quranist trends and groups in the entire Muslim World and to have them work together serving the US against terrorism and to prepare new leadership to enable the Quranist movement to wage the war of ideas against our enemies; on line, in Media, network TV and by satellites if possible.

So, American help is needed now more than ever.

Please give me the chance to give all details needed about how to handle this peaceful war of ideas against our enemies in minimum cost and how to win all Muslims in our side and how to help the US in Iraq and Afghanistan and how to protect the American soil by undeceiving the American Muslim community and to activate them to defend America in the name of Islam, not to use Islam against America.

Dear Mr. President,

1- The radical Muslims are actually waging war of ideas against the U.S, and the Christians and Jews since 1950,s. In our time war of ideas becomes their major weapon. They use internet, TV channels, mosques, education and media. 90% of Al Qaeda work is using internet in recruiting suicide bombers, training, raising fund and brainwashing millions of Muslim, making them anti Americans. You find the painful results before and after September 11, and in tarnishing the American image in the Muslim World and in using groups of the American Muslims as fifth column inside America.

2- It is painful to say these facts:

• America has not one single Arabic website to fight back in the field of war of ideas.
• The Only Muslims who are defending America in the name of Islam are the Quranist Muslim scholars.
• The only website that is defending America and facing the radical Muslims and Al Qaeda is our website: http://www.ahl-alquran.com/arabic/main.php.

• The Quranists are waging this war very successfully although they are very poor and are persecuted in the Middle East.
• Our International Quranic Center (IQC) represents the Quranic trend in Muslim World, so it has a very big name in the Middle East, while it is just a corner in my humble home.
• Until now, America pays no attention to us.
• By modest American help we can make America the super power in the field of war of ideas.

3-Sooner or later America will wage this war of ideas because it is must. The questions are:

• How long will it take to convince America to help us in defeating Al-Qaida and other terrorists in the war of ideas?
• How many thousands of lives and thousand of billions America will lose until the American policy makers will be convinced to wage war of ideas?
• Who will be responsible for this wasting of money and lives?

It is not wasting of time, if you – kindly – allow me to meet the right people in your administration to discuss how to make America the super power in war of ideas in this century.

Dear Mr. President.

The radical Muslims are actually waging war of ideas against the U.S since 1950,s. They use the American mosques to brainwash the American Muslim community against America.

 There are more than 1,209 mosques in America; most of them were founded in the last 20 years and are dominated by the Wahabists, making it one of the fastest growing religions in the United States. In addition, there are about 200 Muslim schools, about 500 Friday Islamic schools, and six schools of advanced Islamic studies in America. Moreover, there is an additional danger coming from the Iranian-influenced Shiites mosques. They are waging this war of ideas in Arabic language against the U.S, using the American mosques on the American soil.

Moreover, the American authorities have to bring fanatic Imams from (CAIR) and other fanatic organization inside the US to make the Islamic religious service and education for American Muslims in prisons and in the American agencies, army and navy.

Our International Quranic Center has the solution in its proposal (Reforming the Islamic Mosques in the United States to defend America in the name of Islam, not to attack America through it)

 This proposal aims to enable the U.S. to drive extremists out of these mosques in approximately five years, making American Muslims advocate American patriotism as a part of the Islamic faith. Furthermore, this will enable the U.S. to use these mosques to recruit the open-minded Muslims for overseas missions and organize them to handle the intellectual war against terrorism.

 This is just one of our proposals in the field of war of ideas to protect the American soil.

By modest American help we can make America the super power in the field of war of ideas.

Dear Mr. President.

The radical Muslims are actually waging war of ideas against the U.S since 1950,s. They use ( Fatwa) as their best weapon in this war.

Fatwa is the Islamic verdict which orders  Muslim- in the name of Islam -to do or not to do something. Muslim scholars who are authorized to issue fatwa must have PhD from Al Azhar which is the oldest and the most powerful Muslim seminary in the World. I have worked 15 years at the Al Azhar university and get my PhD in 1980. So, I am very qualified to issue fatwas.

Radical Muslim scholars usually use fatwa against America. Dr. Al Qaradawi issued a public fatwa to kill all the American civilians in Iraq. The secret fatwa is the most dangerous, it creates the suicide bombers. 

 We have our proposal to fight them back using fatwas. By the American help, we can organize (Squad of Fatwa attack) to:

*Discuss the fanatic fatwas proving the contradiction between them and the Islamic laws.

*Prove the contradiction between Islam and the sacred Sunni and Shiites scriptures of the Middle Ages, which are the resources of the fatwas for the fanatic sheikhs in our time.

*Writing articles to ridicule these old and recent fatwas.

• Prove and highlight the contradictions among the fanatic fatwas, using the continuous debate among the old Imams, and also the same dispute among the sheikhs of our time. This will undermine their credit.
• Issuing a real Islamic fatwas that excommunicate Ben Laden, his people and the so – called moderate as well.
• Prove the other side of the fanatic Sheikhs who seem saints while they are corrupted and very mean. This will undermine their fatwas.
• Restore the old Fatwas of the respectable open minded Muslim scholars in the middle ages which contradict the fanatic Imams and their fatwas.

 This is just one of our proposals in the field of war of ideas to protect the American soil.
