All peaceful People are allowed to male pilgrimage ( Al Hajj ) from the first day of Zo Alhijja  to the last day of the fourth month ( Rabee'A Al Awwal )  They can make Al Jajj any time during those four moths. It is OK to begin two days before the first of Zo Al hijja and it is also Ok to be be late two days after the end of ( Rabee'a Al Awwal ). 

There is no EED Al Adha in Islam . The first week of ( Zo Al Hijja ) is the (Al Hajj Al Akbar ) because the beginning  of the four months of Al HAjj.
