Soft War (war of ideas) in brief:
Introduction
The Americans knows a lot about the Iraqi oil, but they know a little about the Iraqi people. That is why they have this problem, not only in Iraq but also in the entire Muslim and Arabic World.
It is 90 % war of ideas but America is fighting it by its military.
War of ideas is a unique in its strategy and tactics. This new war against terrorism will save billions of money and thousands of lives, although it may last for some decades in this century.
The fanatics Muslims are actually waging this war of ideas in Arabic language against the U.S, and the Jews. They are also doing their best in brainwashing the majority of the Muslims around the world.
It is not hard to have the silent Muslim majority on our side if we can reach them.
It is not hard also to convince some of the fanatics by using the fanatic tradition against them.
It is not hard to convince the Arabic majority that their real enemy is not Israel or America but the fanatic terrorists and the dictators.
Also, it is very easy to recruit the open-minded Muslims and organize them in this peaceful war against terrorism. Actually, they are eager to be organized and supported by the U.S to get their freedom and to get rid of the terrorist danger.
The Quranist Muslims can do all this for the U.S.
The Quranists as persecuted Muslim scholars
It is it important to free the Egyptian Quranists and bringing them to the U.S as refugees because they are persecuted Muslim scholars since 1987. They are pro American Muslim scholars who can serve the U.S in its war of ideas against the terrorism. Bringing the oppressed Quranist leaders here will help America to have its own Islamic Base which will defeat Al Qaeda of Ben Laden.
Who are the Quranists?
The Quranist Muslims are intellectual Muslims who believe in Islam as the religion of freedom, democracy, tolerance, justice and human rights. They fight the terrorists’ culture from within Islam, using Quran as the only source of legislation. The Quranists are about ten thousands in Egypt only, but their seniors are about forty scholars and thinkers, totaling approximately 200 individual (including their family members). These Quranists are divided into three generations: Leaders and thinkers who are over 50 years old, scholars and researchers who are over 25 years old, and young siblings who should continue the mission in the future.
Why they are persecuted
The Quranic movement has started in 1979 as a reaction against the Muslim Brothers and the Wahhabi fanatic influence in Egypt. Being sincere Muslim scholars who are specialized in the contradiction between Islam and the Culture of Muslim Brothers and Wahhabism, the Quranist scholars were victimized by the terrorists and their fanatic scholars. There are many fatwa threaten the lives of the Quranists.
Being activists for human rights and democracy, calling for peaceful reform from within Islam, the Quranists are victimized also by the Egyptian regime.
The Egyptian regime and Muslim Brothers are against each other but they usually become united against the helpless peaceful Quranists. The Quranists have suffered three waves of arrest; in 1987, 2000: 2001, and the third wave starting May 28th, 2007. Five of the Quranists have been arrested, tortured and interrogated and accused of ridiculous accusations.
In the same time, the Quranist families are chased and persecuted in Egypt. It is well known that the Muslim Brothers culture is controlling the Egyptian streets, mosques, media and education. They use all these facilities in tarnishing the Quranists describing them as the ardent enemies to Islam. After the Egyptian regime has officially accused the Quranists with contempt of Islamic religion, the fanatics are using this accusation to call for killing all the Quranists.
The Wahabi terrorists and Muslim Brothers are – successfully -waging this war of ideas against the U.S, using Arabic media, web sites and the local T.V channels and satellites. The Quranists are the only high qualified experts Muslims who are facing – successfully - those terrorists by their limited sources. Eliminating the Quranists and/or preventing them from coming to the U.S are the first priority for the Wahabists and Muslim Brothers. The Egyptian regime has its own agenda. Knowing how valuable the Quranists in the field of war of ideas are for the U.S, the Egyptian regime has arrested the Quranists to make bargain with America. Unfortunately, America does not pay attention to the Quranists while it needs their expertise.
Understanding the Soft War (War of ideas)
The recent situation in Iraq and the Middle East
After the collapse of the Soviet Union Iran is working hard to lead the entire Muslim World against the West and the U.S and Israel.
Iran aims to have the oil of the Persian gulf and in central Asia, and to make – for the first time in history –its Muslim minority Shiites preside and lead the majority of Muslims who are not Shiites, and restore the glorious time of the ancient Iranian Empire when it was the Eastern power against Rome. Iran looks at the U.S as the ancient Rome, which must be fought by Iran.
The Iranian plan has two stages: Firstly: Controlling the Arab World, and then the central Asia.
Having control on Arab countries will enable Iran in the second stage to restore the Muslim countries in the central Asia and its oil fields. Some of these countries used to be Iranian territories in the middle Ages and in ancient times as well.
To achieve this, Iran must be a super power by having the atomic power to control the Muslim people and Muslim oil. Iran is in the midst of the Muslim World and in the midst of their history and civilization, and after the collapse of the Soviet Union, it is her time to lead the Muslim World against the West, Israel and the U.S.
So, America has a new tough enemy now beside Al Qaeda and other Sunni Wahabi terrorists. By facing the U.S and Israel successfully, Iran can get the support of the Al Qaeda and other terrorist organizations.
The most dangerous step will be when they win the silent Muslim majority which is more than one billion and some hundreds millions of people. This is the mighty challenge that The U.S has to deal with.
Until now, the Iranian influence is the biggest player in Iraq and in Lebanon, it has also reached Hamas, and other Shiite in Yemen ( Al Houthy movement ) and Egypt , through the Egyptian Shiites.
The U.S can defeat Iran and Al Qaeda by the (Soft War) (War of ideas).
Using the Soft War does not mean to do without the military. In fact, the Soft war could not work without the support of the military.
Americahas to be the Super power in the two fields of war.
By the Quranists, the U.S could be the super power in the fields of the this new kind of war
Simply: How to use the war of ideas to defeat our enemies
The first step is to understand the battle field of War of ideas.
Brief map of the battle field of War of ideas
Let’s state briefly these facts:
1- Islam is not the Muslims:
The religion of Islam contradicts the human made religions of most of Muslims.
If you read the Holy Arabic Quran according to its terminology, you will find Islam has the same values of the West, like freedom, justice, and equality, tolerance, beside Peace and mercy and loving humanity. The Muslim human made religions have distorted the Quranic Jurisprudence and twisted the Quranic terminology. We – as the Quranists – are preaching the real Islam in the Muslim World to make Muslims convert to the real Islam. This is the only way of reforming them from within Islam. It is also, the best way in war of war of ideas against the fanatic and terrorist Muslims.
2 – Muslims are not the same.
Muslims are hundreds of sects and cults. Let’s give some examples.
*The activist Muslims are only about one million among one billion and about half billion.
The minority among the activist Muslimshas many different categories: the nationalists, the atheists, the communists and the seculars who have Western culture.
The majority of the Muslim activistsare the religious leaders and scholars.
They are different types; Sunni, Shiites, Sufi and Quranists.
There are is a tough competition among them in reaching out the silent Muslim majority.
3 – beside some minorities like: Al Ebadheya, Al Mo’tazelah and the Quranists, the Muslims are generally three main sects: The Sufi, the Sunni and the Shiite Muslims.
4: The Sufi Muslims are the biggest in numbers.
The Sufi Muslims are generally peaceful but they are thousands of different sects. Briefly they are three lines: Sufi who is Pro Sunni, Sufi who is Pro Shiite, then the minority Sufi who are extreme in the Sufi faith.
5 – The Sunni Muslimsare the second in number.
They are four main schools: Al Ahnaf, Al Malekeyya, Al shafe’eyyah and Al Hanabelah.
There are many minute sects among these schools.
For example: Al Hanabelah is the most fanatic school among the Sunni, :
Al Hanabelah has fanatic trends, Ibn Taymeyah people are the hardest line among Al Hanabelah. However, the Wahabi sect belongs to Ibn Taymeyah, and it is the hardest cult inside Ibn Taymeya people.
The Wahabi cult has many different trends, some of them official scholars, other Wahabists are oppositions. Even the Wahabi oppositions in London are not the same. There are many disputes between the two leaders: Al Masary and Saad Al Fakeeh.
6 -Shiite Muslimsare the third in numbers. Traditionally, they are three main categories: Al Ghaleyah or the extreme, Al Imameyya and Al Zaydeyya. Every one of them has different cults and schools and lines.
For example:
Al Ghaleyah Shiitehas 15 cults. The powerful recent cult among them is Al Naseereyyak Al alaweyyah who rule Syria now.
Bashar Al Asad and his people belong to Naseereyyak Al alaweyyah. Their number in Syria is only about 2 millions. The Syrian Sunni used to persecute them during the past centuries. By the flag of Arabic Nationalism they control the Syrian army and Syrian State.
Al ZaydeyyahShiite has many traditional cults, but its famous followers now live in Yemen.
Al ImameyyahShiite: They are 24 cults.
The two most famous cults among them are Al Ithna Ashreyyah and Al Isma’eleyya.
Al Ithna Ashreyyah Shiites live mainly in Iran and in Iraq. In the beginning of the last century Al Babeyyah has separated from Al Ithna Ashreyyah, and then Al Baha’eyya has separated from Al Babeyyah.
Al Isma’eleyya Al Imameyyah established the Fatimi impire in Egypt, north Africa and Syria, and has lasted about 250 years ( 909 – 1171 ).The Fatimi Empire built Cairo and Al Azhar as the oldest university in the World.
Al Isma’eleyya has divided in 1094 into two sections: Al Nezareyyah and Al Mosta’aleya.
In about 1017 Al Dorzeyya has emerged from Al Isma’eleyya. Al Dorzeyya is still live in Lebanon ( Waleed Jonbolat ) and in Palestine. Because of persecution Al Dorzeyya people in Palestine support Israel and have become Israeli citizens. The Egyptian Shiites belong to Al Isma’eleyya Al Imameyyah.
6- How to use this map of sects?
This jungle of sects and cults is the battle field of the war of ideas.
Among all of them there are thousands of serious disputes.
To face the U.S , the Sunni and the Shiites , and other sub – sects are ignoring these disputes. Our mission is to revive and enlarge and deepen these disputes and help them to become actions that can benefit our policy.
7 – The different Ethnic groups in the Middle East will also help us:
Beside these disputes in the religious fields there are also the differences in ethnics.
We can use both of them together.
For example:
In Iran: The majority is the Shiite Iranians, but there are the Sunni Arabs in the south in the oil lands. These Arabs are ready to revolt against the Iranians who usually persecute them. There are Kurds in north and East, some of them are Sunni and others are Shiites. Beside these religious minorities there are other political groups like the leftists and seculars and (Mujahidi Khalk) who used to be active. We can support all these minorities and groups, making them give Ahmadi Nijad a very hard time.
In Syria: The two million minority Shiites ( Nasereyya Alaweyya ) are ruling all the Syrians , including the Majority Sunni of Arabs and Kurds. Muslim Brothers are the leaders of the Sunni People, while the Kurds have their own leadership. The Syrian regime killed the kurdi leader Sheikh Ma’ashouk. After the revolution of Al Kamishly in 2006, the Syrian regime has to recognize the two million Kurds, giving them the Syrian citizenship.
It is must to support Muslim Brothers and Kurds in Syria. We must also revive the old dispute between the Naseereyyah (The Syrian Shiite) and Ithna Ashreyya (The Iranian Shiites) to make a political disagreement between the two regimes.
This Soft War has flexible tactics:
For example:
- Support the Shiites in Egypt while fighting the Shiites of Iran.
- Supporting the Muslim Brothers in Syria while fighting Muslim Brothers in Egypt and Hamas.
- Support the Wahabi opposition inside the Saudi kingdom and in London to make doubts between them and Al Qaeda and to make pressure on the Saudi regime.
In the Soft War the enemies are in different order:
Briefly:
Number one enemy is the Saudi regime.
Number 2 : The Iranian regime.
Number 3 : Muslim Brothers
Number 4 : Al Qaeda.
Number 5 : Hezbollah and Hamas…etc.
This Soft war has many levels in it tactics:
The first level: Using the religion of Islam against all of our enemies.
The second level: Using the basic disputes among the main Muslim sects, the disputes between Suuni Muslims and Shiites Muslims, and the dispute between Sunni and Sufi Muslims. ..etc..
The Third level: Using the minute disputes inside every sect and cult.
For example: Use the differences between Shiites of Iran and other Shiites in Syria and Egypt, and the same in the different Shiites of Lebanon.
Weapons of the Soft War
1 -Establishing AIR,: (American Islamic Rescuers) as an American non governmental organization.
2 -AIR will supervise the Quranists in handling the War of ideas,
3- Provide these weapons of the Soft War:
Arabic Satellite, Company for producing Arabic drama and religious program, net work of Arabic website, Institute for Islamic research, School for education and training and Arabic library.
The detail will come when talking about the requirements.
By handling this War of ideas the situation in Iraq and the Middle East will be changed.
Our enemies usually infiltrate the Iraqi borders to make trouble in Iraq. It is our time to make our people infiltrate the same border to make trouble in Iran and Syria.
Missions of the Soft War.
The main mission is
- Help the U.S defeating the fanatic Sunni and Shiites over seas.
- Terminate the efforts of their agents inside the U.S.
- Defending the American image in Muslim World.
- Reform Muslims inside and out side of the U.S.
- Win the Muslim silent majority.
Some proposals in general
The Quranists have many concepts of proposals in this regard.
Generally, they can do these projects:
1) Preach the peace culture in the Middle East and defend the right of Israeli State to exist.
2) Convince the Islamic world to accept Universal Declaration of Human Rights as Islamic laws according to the real core of Islam: By doing so, these resolutions could be the main source of legislation in Muslim countries instead of Islamic Jurisprudence, which actually means the fanatic Wahabi legislations.
3) Reform the Egyptian penal code to confirm and to conform to the human rights.
4) Reforming Al Azhar of Egypt : Al Azhar is the oldest and the most prestigious university in the entire Islamic world. It is “the Vatican ” and the religious authority of the entire Muslim Sunni world. Al Azhar currently is upholding Wahabism and the bloody culture of Muslim Brothers and Hamas; reforming it from within Islam, means we can terminate the main source of the violent culture of Wahabism.
5) Spreading the culture of democracy and human rights in the Muslim World.
Some detailedConcept Papers
(1)
How to use the soft war in Iraq?
It is well known, that the civil war in Iraq is done by the outsiders who infiltrate the Iraqi borders to kill the Shiites and the Sunni Iraqis. During their history, the Sunni and Shiites Iraqis have not this civil war before. The dictators who are surrounding Iraq are very keen to destroy its new democracy, and to fail the President Bush call for reform.
The Goal:
The goal is to win this war in Iraq and to stay in Iraq for decades safely.
How:
We can do it by having the Iraqi people in our side.
To win the Iraqi people and the other Muslims in the Middle East:
By the AIR (American Islamic Rescuers) we can establish a new small civilian army, from Arabs who are not Iraqis to help the Iraqi people inside Iraq in hospitals and social work, giving food, medical care, and education and training to the Iraqi people.
After the AIR recruit and selected them by the help of the Quranists, they will be brought to the Quranist camp in the U.S to be trained.
In Egypt only there are millions of high qualified doctors, engineers, and in other fields. They are willing to be enrolled and serve in such army.
According to the American (Lottery) America brings randomly every year tens of thousands from Muslim World. Some of them are brainwashed to be anti Americans. They are given green card and become American citizens in few years.
It is better to select hundreds of the high qualified Muslims every year and train them to be the peaceful soldiers helping the Iraqi people in their daily life, giving a practical prove that America is a dear friend to Iraq and not enemy to the Iraqi people.
Our T.V Arabic channel and the net work of on line sites will highlight this peaceful civilian work among Iraqi people and other Muslims in the Middle East and defend the American image in the Muslim World.
How AIR handle its mission:
Establishing its civilian army:
We begin with publishing advertisings in Egypt calling for employees to help the AIR in its welfare mission inside and outside of the U.S.
The candidates must be pro American Muslims, between 22: 35 years old, singles, and graduated from universities as medical doctors, engineers, teachers, lawyers and social workers. The benefits include legal status to live in America after ten years in serving our welfare mission. The applicant should give detailed information about himself.
The process of selecting the candidate:
It is sure that hundreds thousands Egyptians will apply. We need in the first year some hundreds. Based on their information they provide we choose the best of them, asking them to answer questions that could picture their personality and attitude. Accordingly we will choose those who will be interviewed in Egypt. After selecting the best of them, the second interview will be held in third country, neither Egypt nor America.( In Turkey, Cyprus, Greece ..etc). The candidates will be indirectly interviewed through one week conference and free discussions. Accordingly we select the numbers we want among the best of them. Those will come to the U.S to be trained and oriented by the Quranists and the American professionals.
Training in the American camp
The Quranists will convince them to take this mission as a real Islamic peaceful Jihad, and to be ready to accept any sufferings for this noble Islamic mission.
By American professionals, they will be trained to serve in Iraq as the peaceful civilian soldiers working in the hospitals, clinics, schools, helping the poor and the needy Iraqi peoples in mosques, streets, villages and small towns, giving them charities, food supplying, and sharing them as brothers in Islam in the religious feasts and occasions. The engineers and others will help in rebuilding the Iraqi infrastructures, and helping the poor in building their destroyed home, and serving the refugees in their moving or camping. They take care of the victims of war including the injured and the orphans and all families that suffer from the actions of war, regardless he is with or against the U.S.
In their mission, they will be trained to defend the American image directly by their good sincere work, and indirectly by being neutral in the ongoing disputes in politics, fighting and religious differences.
In their mission, they must do their best to win the trust and the love and the respect of all the Iraqi people regardless of being Sunni, Shiites, Arabs or Kurds.
In their well fare work in Iraq, they must present themselves as an American Army but in a different mission. While the American military army has to protect the Iraqi people and help them in establishing free democratic country, their mission is to serve the Iraqi people in this hard time.
It is must that they usually remind the Iraqi people that they are sincere Muslims doing their best as Muslims to serve and to help their brothers and sisters in Islam, and the official Americans have assigned him to do this Islamic mission.

Reforming the Islamic Mosques in the United States to defend America in the name of Islam, not to attack America through it
This can only be achieved by taking over the fanatic mosques and using them to defend the U.S.
How
There are 1,209 mosques in America; most of them were founded in the last 20 years and are dominated by the Wahabists, making it one of the fastest growing religions in the United States. In addition, there are about 200 Muslim schools, about 500 Sunday Islamic schools, and six schools of advanced Islamic studies in America. Moreover, there is an additional danger coming from the Iranian-influenced Shiites mosques.
The fanatics Wahabi and Shiites Imams are using these mosques in fighting the U.S. from within. Those fanatic imams are actually waging this war of ideas in Arabic language against the U.S, using the American mosques on the American soil, doing their best in brainwashing the majority of the American Muslims.
This proposal aims to enable the U.S. to drive extremists out of these mosques in approximately five years, making American Muslims advocate American patriotism as a part of the Islamic faith. Furthermore, this will enable the U.S. to use these mosques to recruit the open-minded Muslims for overseas missions and organize them to handle the intellectual war against terrorism.
The Project is divided into the following phases:
The Preparation phase: In Such phase the following steps should take place:
1- Establishing a supervising committee of four men to oversee the operations. This committee should include four individuals representing: The International Quranic Center, AIR, (American Islamic Rescuers) , and the F.B.I and Home Land Security.
The Groundwork Phase:
1- The supervising committee will divide the Quranists into two groups:
A) Scholars: The scholars will teach the open minded Muslims in the Institute to be ready to be appointed in any mosques as imams to face the terrorists' culture.
B) Activists: They will be trained by the F.B.I to be able to infiltrate certain extremists’ mosques where they will work as inside agents for the supervising committee. A list of the targeted mosques will be provided by the committee.
2- Establishing a website and a newsletter dedicated to monitor the mosques inside the U.S. Using the activists’ help, the website will wage a reforming campaign against the fanatic imams publishing the Arabic speeches in their Friday-prayers’, events, and ceremonies. The website will also publish researches and books aimed at reforming the American Muslims and counter the Wahabi culture.
The supervising committee will oversee the work of the Institute for Imams, the website and the newsletter, and the activists. While the institute is working on preparing the new Imams, The website will wage its’ campaign against the radical mosques using the help of the activists, who will also be responsible for monitoring the reactions to the website’s campaign.
Such reactions will either be leaning toward reform from within the mosque, or to resist the calls for reform. If the mosque board chooses to start reforming, then the new mission will be to monitor the new transition to moderate Islam and insure its’ completion. If the reaction of the mosque board is to resist reform, then they will fight back. This will expose their real goals. Using their own words and acts, the US officials will be able to step in and replace such radicals with the imams graduated from the Islamic institute for Imams.
This is not the end of the mission, however; the committee would have to continue supervising the mosques to safeguard it from any future waves of radicalism.
(3)
Reform The Islamic Schools in the U.S.
These schools reflect the dominant Muslim Wahhabi culture, not only by concentrating on hating non- Muslims, but by retaining the values of the culture of the Middle Ages. As a result, these schools are ignoring the great values of Islam, which are the same values of Western Civilization.
It’s useless to reform their religious curriculum; the only way towards reform is to present to them alternative Islamic subjects, the neglected Islamic values of Peace, tolerance, justice, freedom and democracy.
We will provide these subjects as available materials for these schools, calling on the schools to reconsider this in their teaching. We will also publish these subjects in our newsletters calling on the American Muslim community to discuss them and to be an active part in pressing the Islamic schools to uphold them instead of the fanatic teachings.
If they refuse, then it will be a unique opportunity to discuss this issue in the public eye of the media. A public debate may disclose some absent facts concerning the secret relationship between some Islamic schools and other fanatic organizations in the Muslim World.
In such a debate, they will be faced with these important questions:
If you really believe that Islam is the religion of great values, why do you ignore this in your courses?
If you claim you did not have the ability to write it in your courses, and information to this end has now become available, why do you continue to refuse to uphold it in your courses?
If you are against the fanatic culture, why do you keep it in your courses?
The final goal is to make these Islamic schools serving Islam compatible with the United States nation in its war against terrorism.
Online War
The Wahabists have a jungle of Arabic websites. Their sole mission is to brainwash Muslims against America.
The Quranists can:
1-Creat a network of Arabic sites working together in many different titles and tactics and discourse.
2- Form a platoon of Islamic scholars devoted their lives in this on line war.
This platoon will:
a) Search all the fanatic Arabic sites, fighting them back.
b)Interfere in the other Arabic sites defending the U.S and undeceive the Muslims.
c)Bring together all the open minded Muslims and recruit the best of them to be activists in the Soft War.
d) Holding conferences in the U.S to discuss all the aspects of the on line war, like :
1- Explore this new kind of war.
2-Analyze the fanatic websites, and how they brainwash the young Muslims and prepare them to be suicide bombers, how they recruit them, and how they raise fund.
3- How to face them.
4- How to deal with “Al Fatwa”- the verdict or the rule given by the Sheikh – as the most dangerous weapon against them.
5- Translating and presenting this unknown field - the Arabic fanatic web sites - to the American agencies.
6-Expose the so – called moderate Muslims and sheikhs who have two discourses, deceiving the West and the U.S. while they are working for the terrorism.
7-Establish many web sites for other friends to serve in this war.
9- Organize the secular and other open minded Arab scholars and their web sites to be in our side against the terrorism.
10- Establishing new Muslim generation specialized in this online war.
The needed requirements:
1 – Bringing the leaders of the Quranists from Egypt to America.
The Quranists need America’s help to pressure the Egyptian regime to free the five detainees and to bring all the persecuted Quranist scholars and their family to the U.S.
Lately, the Egyptian secret services has confiscated many of the Quranists passports, and terrorizing and threatening them if they think in leaving Egypt. For its own agenda, the Egyptian regime tries to make it big problem to create a case to negotiate the U.S.
However, the Quranists in Egypt have many different situations:
The five detained Quranists and their close relatives are under siege, most of them cannot leave Egypt without permission from the secret services.
Some Quranists are unknown by the secret service, and they may can leave Egypt if they have visa from the U.S Embassy in Cairo.
Some years ago, other Quranists had escaped Egypt to save their lives, living quietly in some Arabic countries (Emirate, Saudi State, Libya and Jordon). They can come easily to the U.S if they are given visas.
The International Quranic Center can provide all the names of the Quranists to help save their lives.
Coming here safe and sound, the Quranists will devote their lives and expertise in defending the U.S. They will be the qualified soldiers in this intellectual war under the supervision and protection of any American agency.
2-Establishing An American non government organization to handle this soft war in Iraq and the Muslim world. It is : (A.I. R): American Islamic Rescuers.
This American N.G.O is to supervise the Quranist Muslim scholars in handling the soft war, making the U.S the super power in this war of ideas. It will be responsible for sheltering the Quranists in a separate camp to devote their lives for the cause. This camp will be provided by all the facilities needed
3 - A big camp for the Quranists equipped of all the facilities.
This camp should be provided by:
A) Mosque, offices and Apartmentsfor the Quranists to live in and to host future conference guests and students who will join the Islamic institute.
B) School for Islamic research specialized in the sacred, secret side of the fanatic Muslim tradition. This high Islamic think tank will tackle researches and assignments and give consultations for the American agencies.
C) Islamic institute for Imams' educationto train open minded Muslims to become imams to enlighten the American Muslims in mosques, Islamic schools, prisons, army and other American agencies .It is also necessary to train some other brilliant free minded Muslims to infiltrate the fanatic groups inside the mosques to pave the way for taking over them in the right time.
E) company for Publishing
It should publish books and newsletters in Arabic and English languages and to distribute them in all the American Muslim mosques, schools and stores and communities, and publishing them also online.
F) Arabic Libraryspecialized in the secret sacred scriptures and texts and the hidden manuscripts of the fanatic Muslims. It is said that the Saudi agents in Egypt have stolen many of these unpublished manuscripts from the very Old Al Azhar library and the official Egyptian Library. We need copies in our proposed library to serve us in this intellectual war. Using these sacred secret books will be an atomic intellectual bomb against them.
G- Arabic T.V channel, which reach out the Muslims, mainly in Arabic language with subtitles of English and Persian and Urdu languages.
Only intellectual Muslims have access to internet and read books and newspapers. Most of Muslims get their education and knowledge from T.V channels and its drama which 90% of them are owned and controlled by Wahabists and dictators. To defeat them, we have to face them in the field of Arabic and Islamic drama. By drama and the T.V satellites the U.S can win 90% of this war.
Proponents of extremism and terrorism are not just clerks or imams. The most dangerous are script writers who compose historical, Islamic, and ordinary dramas. In their movie and soap-opera scripts, they usually promote terrorism through subtle ideas which they convey indirectly and effectively to the conscious and subconscious of viewers, shaping their ideas and outlook while enjoying the show without any discussion or protest.
Most Arab countries monopolize the media, including local and satellite TV channels, to serve a ruling dictator and the Wahabism. Egypt and Saudi Arabia are working together in promoting the Wahabism.
When small Qatar set up its anti American Al jazeera channel with a reasonable margin of freedom and independence, the satellite channel has become famous in Arab countries and the whole world.
The success of Al Aljazeera motivated the USA to set up Al-Hurra (the Free) Arabic channel. When the United States thought about establishing Al-Hurra Channel, Arab regimes and advocates of terrorism were caught by horror. Yet despite all the facilities and financial assistance given to Al -Hurra, the American channel turned into something similar to a local Lebanese channel, without any impact. Al-Hurra was born dead, when it ought to have been born a giant to confront the intense hatred for the United States in the Arab region, spread a culture of democracy in the Middle East, and uproot the Wahabi culture.
It has become imperative to establish a real free and independent TV channel to address the Islamic world preaching the American Islam against the Wahabism. The address must be well-studied and void of any direct preaching or demagogue presentation. Ideas must be presented with such ease and subtlety as to persuade viewers.
H- Company for producing Arabic drama and Arabic Islamic T.V programs
If the proposed channel has a unique message to convey, then it requires specific drama and cultural program production companies which will be unique in their production in drama and T.V programs.
Drama has the most effective impact on Arab and Muslim viewers. All kinds of drama – social, political, and even thrillers – can easily serve our cause, either in the main plot, or in deliberate comments said by the characters. Historical drama teems with thousands of issues which a writer can use to highlight virtuous values and raise the awareness of viewers. In all kinds of drama, different themes can be incorporated in natural conversations that are both congruous with the context, and void of direct preaching.
TV programs are generally popular and effective. We have our issues that have not been presented or discussed yet by other channels, because they are not bold enough to raise them. Even if they do, they are not qualified to run the talk.
Human rights in Islam have not been frankly and objectively discussed. They cannot discuss questions like these: if Islam is really a religion of peace, why has terrorism been cultivated among Muslims? How has terrorism come to be inextricably associated with Islam? If Islam is valid for all times and places, why have Muslims lagged behind other nations? And why is there a call for ancestral fundamentalism? If Islam is a religion of freedom, tolerance, democracy, and compassion, why do Muslims have despotic regimes? Why do they reject democracy and advocate radicalism and fanaticism? Hundreds of questions like these need to be answered in free and objective arguments in talk shows run by real thinkers, and not by people who promote superstition, ignorance, fanaticism and backwardness.
In short, it is necessary to raise the issues that have remained undisclosed in the Islamic literature for ages, including edicts, rulings, legislations, and interpretations that contradict the core of Islam and all its values and virtues.
