Not all guilty deeds are punishable in the Islamic State. For example, being kaffir (disbeliever in thought) and not performing obligatory prayer are great sins, but have no punishment, regardless of what the Sunni religion say about them or about apostasy. Their only punishment is being thrown in hill for eternity if the person dies without repentance.  As for masturbation and lesbianism, there are no worldly nor legal punishments for them in the Islamic state, even though they are considered obscenity and are prohibited. Yet, those who repent and refrain from committing big crimes.
